You will work closely with the Head of Raising Aspirations and teaching staff in order to develop effective programmes. You will ensure that they are appropriately targeted; the progress of students is tracked and monitored; the impact of such programmes is evaluated; and that such findings are incorporated in future planning. You will oversee the delivery of all Raising Aspirations activities and events, liaising with staff in both schools and universities, to ensure that the ideal of a coherent 'learning beyond the classroom' programme is realised.
We are looking for graduates who are enthusiastic, proactive, tenacious and persistent and are passionately interested in the educational achievement of 14 to 19 year olds. Experience of working with young people is an advantage. Strong communication and team working skills are essential along with a forward-looking flexibility.
